Amazing culinary delight! I was part of a large group, so had the opportunity to sample more than a few items on the menu. The spicy shrimp and pork belly BLT were my favorite starters...and the scallop. Enjoy every bite because the flavors are astounding and absolutely fantastic. You have to try the risotto lobster and mac&cheese. The wagyu steak is tender and delicious too. I can't wait to go back! Kudos to the Chef!

This was a HORRIBLE experience for us. I booked a reservation at this restaurant weeks in advance for my husbands Birthday. They called me TWICE to make sure we were going to show up. We showed up, 5 minutes early. They said we were too early - come back. Really?? There was no room at the bar for drinks and there were 3 other pretty angry parties waiting in the doorway. We left and walked around the Canyons area which was gorgeous. We came back 20 minutes later. 15 minutes after our reservation They said it would take another 20 minutes. Honestly?? We left and wen to the restaurant up the hill at the Hyatt Escala resort. It was AMAZING. The food was spectacular - best scallops I've ever had and the most amazing steak and pork roast - fell off the bone. It was outstanding. I am so glad that we were treated so awful at the Edge. We met at least a dozen other skiers who love fine dining and who had horrible experiences at the Edge. STAY AWAY from this one!

From the moment we walked in the service was fantastic. The Caesar salad prepared table side was the best we ever had. The petite filet delicious as was the scottish salmon. If dinner was not delicious enough, we were offered chocolate souffles with home made icecream. Edge was a great experience. The staff friendly and professional.

Food was delicious but service was soooo pretentious. We walked in on Monday night at appx 8 pm without reservations. The place was at least 50% empty and the maitre d had to see if they could find a table for us. They reminded us twice that they had just won a dining award but please. They were half empty! We were seated at a nice table. Service was lovely but overtly solicitous. Need to tone it down a notch. Steak was really delicious and huge, chopped salad was also excellent and can be made to order if there are ingredients you want to omit. Probably would not return.

Huge improvement over the prior restaurant. The maitre'd was awesome in that he overheard my son asking what a scallop was and he brought a raw one to the table and explained all about how they are harvested. The food was was good, our wine excellent. The kids were welcome. The waiter could have provided more feedback and told us the side order of fries would be good for the entire table vs an order for each kid. This is a nice option for the Canyons community that don't want to venture off campus.
